One common phenomenon after an energy healing session is known as the healing crisis. This can manifest as temporary physical, emotional, or mental discomfort. You might experience:
Physical Symptoms: Flu-like symptoms, fatigue, or aches as your body releases toxins.

Meditation
Exercise, even just some gentle stretches or restorative yoga, to shift energy blocks in the body and get in moving.
Crystals, especially ones for grounding, most red ones.
Nature, get out in it, sit under a tree, touch the grass - even visualising this in your minds eye helps.
Cacao, drunk with intention and respect.
Dance and sing, moves energy and calls in joy and flow. After a healing journey where insights are gathered, to then dance with intention of what you want to release and / or call in, can be so powerful!
