Anxiety can be caused by lots of things, and it is often a normal reaction to a difficult time or a new experience coming up.

Various factors can be in play with anxiety; issues from the past that need processing, unhelpful thinking patterns that have developed over time, lack of coping mechanisms for life stressors, stuck energy and emotion in the body. Oftentimes the chemicals released by our brain when we are in this anxious state can lead to strong physical and emotional symptoms which can be extremely uncomfortable and overwhelming. 

By choosing  to work with me, with a combination package for example, we can explore these triggers and help peel back the layers of anxious energy in your mind and body. For example, using Hypnotherapy we can use an emotional freedom technique or Emo trance to clear any blockages in the body. I find this works really well with counselling as this helps understand cognitively any patterns that may need changing, how they occurred and how to do things differently in the future.
