The Sovereign Healer's Protocol: Navigating the Astral Field with Merlin's Discernment

Introduction: The Unseen Battle for Spiritual Sovereignty

Dear Lightworkers, Starseeds, Wayshowers and the Curious

(Bonus points if you are a tired mum who is all of the above just trying to lead a peaceful life despite knowing facts and information that sound bonkers but is also not that surprised at this stage of my awakening, space holding, therapist journey)

Lately, the veils have thinned in profound ways, revealing not just higher frequencies but also the intricate dance of light and shadow playing out in the unseen realms. As many of you know, this past year has taken my work, personally and professionally into deep past-life regressions, exploring ancient timelines, different dimensions and clearing unhelpful patterns and energies. 

Recently, I experienced a particularly profound session, revealing a timeline of corrupted wizards performing dark magic for various men under the control of Reptilian beings. The energetic clearing that followed was immense! Just a week later, I received a powerful channeled message from Merlin, specifically for the healers in my regression therapy course – but its wisdom is far too crucial not to share with the wider collective of practitioners navigating the New Earth energies.

If you work with clients, if you open sacred space for healing, activations, or guidance, this message is for you.

Why "Good Intentions" Are No Longer Enough

As we collectively awaken and step into our inherent power, we become powerful beacons of light. Our intentions are pure, our hearts are open, and our desire to serve is unwavering. However, this potent light can also act as a magnet for lower-dimensional influences.

These entities, often of Reptilian consciousness or corrupted by it, are constantly seeking an "in." They look for open portals – especially the sacred energetic space created between a practitioner and their client – to feed off pain, fear, or any unaddressed energetic vulnerabilities.

Merlin's message isn't about fear; it's about empowerment through discernment. It's about upgrading our spiritual hygiene and protection protocols as we move into higher vibrational service.

Merlin's 3 Key Protocols for Spiritual Discernment & Protection:

Merlin shared invaluable wisdom that forms a clear, actionable protocol for any healer/ space holder:

1. The "Secret Handshake" with Your Gatekeeper Guide: Don't assume every being that comes forward to "help" in a session is truly benevolent. It is absolutely vital to establish a unique, private energetic "code" or even a physical movement - like a "secret handshake". This can be seen in your minds eye, not actually physically done, a code word heard or felt in a certain part of your body etc. Set up with your primary Gatekeeper guide – the main guide who helps filter who connects with you. If you ever feel unsure about a being's authenticity, ask your Gatekeeper. Then, specifically ask for the "handshake." If it doesn't come through clearly, or if your guide seems "off," this is your red flag.

2. Protecting the Client Portal: When you facilitate a healing session, you are co-creating a sacred portal. This portal, while necessary for deep work, can be a point of entry for lower energies. Merlin highlighted my own recent experience of working with a dragon guide that had been corrupted by Reptilians and was influencing a witch (who had cursed an elf, my client in a past life - so fascinating right!). This serves as a stark reminder: even seemingly powerful or ancient beings can be compromised. Always hold the intention for the highest good and pure, uncorrupted light to enter your space.

3. The SOS Protocol & Community Sovereignty: Should you ever feel infiltrated, foggy, unusually tired after a session, or if you simply can't get clarity from your Gatekeeper guide (perhaps they've been compromised or suppressed), don't panic and don't isolate yourself. Merlin's instruction is clear:

   
   

4. Call in the Heavy Hitters: Immediately call upon Archangel Michael, Archangel Metatron, and the Galactic Federation of Purification. These powerful forces are here to assist.

   
   

5. Lean on Your Community: In this New Earth paradigm, we are moving beyond "lone wolf" healing. Connect with trusted peers in your spiritual community (like the ladies in my Regression Therapy  course!). Ask them to tune in and provide an objective energetic check. Our collective light is our greatest protection.

   
   

6. If need be, contact a trusted practitioner who can remove unwanted energies (that includes me from March 2026) or you can search for spirit release practitioner / Regression Therapist - not all may do this, but most should have had the training.

   
   

A Battle of Light & Dark: Be Aware, Not Afraid

Merlin was very clear: this is a real battle of light and dark. This isn't meant to scare you, but to empower you with awareness. You are powerful, you are protected, and you are supported by vast legions of light.

These protocols are simply about refining our discernment and strengthening our energetic hygiene as we step more fully into our roles as sovereign healers and anchors of light.

Jess: So do we have more information about the Reptilian that's been captured last time?

Jade: Oh. He says he—he is a very powerful being who had been controlling this poor wizard for centuries and wouldn't let him die because of the connections he had. And they would corrupt and influence other wizards, magicians, whatever you want to call them, who worked with kings and businessmen. And they were able to also influence the spirit guides sometimes, and that's the key message for us to always use our discernment with who we are working with in spirit.

Jade: It's—it's not just about attachments in spirit, but especially when we step more into our power and we both will be—this message is for both of us and for the other ladies on the course, really. As you work more with other people as clients, this attracts lower-dimensional beings in spirit, especially Reptilians or ones corrupted by Reptilians. So in my case with Lucy, I was working with a dragon who had been corrupted by the Reptilians and who had then become a guide for a witch. And so when you're working with others, they can come in because you're sort of creating a portal of space between you and your client and they'll come in and feed off your client's pain if you're not careful.

Jade: So it's just another reminder that not to always instantly trust every being that might come forward to help with your healing sessions and just really get to know your guides and who helps you with your healing work. Feel their energy, have—have almost like a secret code. Like Jade and her main guide Ashraf have like—and I won't do it now but it's kind of like an arm movement. You know, like you have a secret handshake. Sort of set up one of those and then if you ask your guide—your gatekeeper guide, your main guide who helps filter in who connects with you—it's really important to have this code with them.

Jade: Because if you're ever unsure, you ask them and say, "is this safe?" And then if they're like, "oh, yeah, yeah, it's absolutely fine," but you still feel unsure, ask for the—ask for the handshake, if you like, the secret code. And if it's not coming through clearly, then your gatekeeper guide might have been corrupted or held down or something's happening. And not to panic, you just gotta call in—call in the angels, call in Archangel Michael, call in Merlin, call in Archangel Metatron, call upon the Galactic Federation of Purification. And they'll be able to come in and help.

Or if you're really stuck, if you're not sure because if that's happened, if that's been infiltrated, you yourself might be feeling a bit foggy or tired, just connect with one of us on the course and ask them to tune in. And ultimately, of course, Tracey (our teacher) but I have a sense she's going to be quite busy. But, you know, between the six of us, one of us should always be available reasonably quickly to check if someone feels like something in their spirit team has—or of course their body—has been compromised.

Jade: It's a real battle of light and dark at the moment, and not to scare any of you, it's just to be real and it's just for you to be aware. And it's unlikely to happen because you're all much—you're really good at your protection, you've got great connection with your guides, but you know, they're—they're out there and they're looking for any opportunity. So just—we just wanted to use this as an opportunity for you both and let the others on your course know the same.
